What happens if you bring a complaint with Ivy Community Care?
We’ll pay attention.
Tell us why you’re not satisfied with our service, and we’ll respond to you within 48 hours.
We are going to look into it.
We’ll make an effort to figure out the cause of your concern. We’ll conduct our investigation with transparency.
We’ll let you know.
We’ll keep you informed as to the investigation’s progress; typically, results are available in five to twenty-eight days.
We’ll make sure that filing a complaint won’t have a negative effect on you.
Your complaint
- Anyone can complete the complaint process, including responders, their family members, coworkers, and other service providers.
- Will be kept private and confidential, guaranteeing the security of your information.
- Is revocable at any moment
- We or the NDIS Commission will evaluate the outcome if you disagree with it.
